1. See all the 7 wonders of the world, the Pyramids of Giza, Niagara Falls and Grand Canyon.
2. Do mission work as a mission doctor in at least 5 countries besides Malaysia.
3. Watch Khalil Fong live in concert at least once.
4. Run a marathon..again..under 5 hours this time.
5. Buy a boat and explore the Greek Islands.
6. Watch the sunrise at the peak of Everest.
7. Scuba-dive at the Great Barrier Reefs.
8. See my kids graduate (in the event i do have kids).
9. Fly a plane.
10.Ski in the Alps.
It doesn't have to happen in that order...whichever comes first would be fine...hhmmm, i wonder if any of it will actually be realized..but hey, always dream big...God loves a big dreamer...the list might grow as i grow...hehe...
hmmm.... really big dreams...but achievable if you set your mind on them. Same here, i have been targetting your no. 1 too. so far, so good have seen a fair no. of them ... hehe..
ReplyDeletehmmm.. very interesting..it great to have big dreams..if you believe that dreams will come true, it will...so dream on. my full support to you (moral) hehe.. i am into your no. 1 also... its a great feeling to see the Pyramids of Giza and climb the Great Wall of China.... who knows one day, we may meet at one of the wonders or conquer one together haha.. Well scuba-diving at the Great Barrier Reefs..well i had that aim years ago but have yet to make it...sigh..other things took priority....well time to think about it.

ReplyDeletethanks for your support..seems like no. 1 is a favourite on the list..i've only seen the colosseum so far..still a long way to go..i may sound narcissistic...but your dreams are your priority..realizing them would be the greatest reason for living...
pang pang..how did 2 idealists ever turn out so differently? why so cynical? or maybe i'm the one who's being too unrealistic?...if i had the money you had in your account before it got halved, i would be able to realize all 10 items on my list...and i'd still be happy living as a 'poor' mission doctor..even if i had to run again with two TKRs..;P...in 'the Alchemist', the alchemist said that when you want to realize your dreams, all the universe conspires to help you realize your dream...
